Step 8 : is your game running x86(32) or 64 ? go checkĪnd put it in DATA folder (where DSfix and dark souls are )Īnd if your game is using 64 bit download this Step 7 : if you have C:\Windows\SysWOW64 also delete "D3DX9_42.dll" in it so delete it from both of these folders K ? Step 6 : go to C:\Windows\System32 and delete "D3DX9_42.dll" Step 5 : was your error the same as mine 0xc000007b ? if it is move to Step 6 Step 4 : check to see if it runs, did it work ? no of course! move to step 5 Step 2 : before anything just double check if AA is turned off in the settings menu trust me on this! Step 1 : download the latest Dsfix from here Let's start : this problem has been killing me for a while i try to run DSfix but i get this error 0xc000007b!!!! i tried all versions of DSfix and all the solutions online and it didn't work! This is my first post so bare with me i'm a noob! XD
